| Elaine Simms and Becky Kirk have been in the real estate business for over 22 years. We met in a training class when we both first started real estate. Both of us are Graduates of Real Estate Institute, Becky has completed Certified Restidental Specialist, and we just recently completed a program that makes us specialists in listing and selling Green! We have great resources for Green products. Over the years we have assisted a number of clients in staging their homes. How you live in a home and sell is really different. Let us help you. We love our job and we’re good at it. Plus we enjoy the relationships we have had the opportunity to develop over the years. If you choose to work with us we can guarantee you we will laugh and have a good time. We can't guarantee you the home buying or selling process will be always be smooth and easy. It can be difficult and frustrating sometimes and unfortuately there is no way to avoid what is sometimes outside of our control. We are working on that though! | HOPE for Homeowners The HOPE for Homeowners (H4H) program was created by Congress to help those at risk of default and foreclosure refinance into more affordable, sustainable loans. H4H is an additional mortgage option designed to keep borrowers in their homes. The program is effective from October 1, 2008 to September 30, 2011. As many as 400,000 homeowners could avoid foreclosure through this program over the next three years. If you are having trouble making your mortgage payments, HOPE for Homeowners may be able to help you, by refinancing your loan into a new 30-year fixed rate loan with lower payments.
